- I'm on my 3rd run in coco, 2nd time using GH nutes. I also use the 'Lucas Forumla', modified for coco (H3ad's coco recipe), which is 6ml GH floraMicro / 9ml GH floraBloom, for the whole grow. The first week that I feed them nutrients, I give them 3ml micro/4.5ml bloom (so 50%).
